Kat

Rob

Rob is our head designer as well as co-founder of Outer Limits Designs.  Any vision you have for your custom tattoo is in good hands with Rob.  He has 12 yrs experience and it shows.  Rest assured he will bring your vision to paper spot on and your tattoo will be exactly what you were hoping and more.
